• Vacuum every day with beater bar off and on low power mode to avoid damages.
• Blot up spills with a white towel or paper towel, not with colored cloth, and try to clean any remaining stains with warm water only. 
• Always use scissors to cut loose ends, please do not pull them.
• Avoid exposure to heavy rain or standing water. If wet, dry in the sun.
